It's a really cold one today, brrr! Layering was a must and I opted to wear my baby blue ruffle sweater with my mosaic tile print Nap Dress. I added navy tights and booties to complete the look. I ended up with a monochromatic outfit, but felt the blues worked for the icy conditions. This all-blue look is anything but boring with the intricate print and ruffle details. I finished off with dainty pearl earrings and a simple clip in my hair. Rest assured, I added a heavy winter coat before braving the outdoors.
