Flounces, fringes and just all around whimsy meet in this perfectly girly summer look! I love the combination of red and blue, so this seemed like a natural match for today's outfit. Start off with a cute, frilly floral dress and accessorize with all the red things. Bonus points if you have a cute crab purse! I finished off with a hair bow and called it a day.
