I love good striped sweater and wear them all year round. To me, there is no such thing a sweater being too nautical to wear during the winter. I mean, it's a sweater, so meant to be worn when it's cold, right? I think so. I decided to stick with the colour palette of the sweater, so the rest of my look is white and red. My boots are black, but I would have worn navy ones had I had them. It was a real snowy winter day, so the boots were necessary. Function won out this time! I also added a big blanket scarf and knitted headbands and mittens before venturing outdoors. Layers aren't enough this time of year, I need to bundle up!
