Field Flamingo

This time of year is know as "Hay Season" in farming lingo. I know that visiting at this time of year can be hit and miss. I say that because the weather is directly related to my dad's mood! If the weather is cooperating, the farmer is in good spirits, but if it isn't, tensions run a little high. Turns out this year, things were rolling right along! I thought it would be great to use the hay bales as a backdrop for my pictures so off to the field we went! Turns out the ground was still very wet from the previous day's downpour. I ended up with a couple of muddy soakers and a few more candid shots...
