Nothing screams spring to me quite like striped tops and rain boots do. They are the perfect rainy-day pair and will put a smile on your face and a pep in your step! As much as I like a good Breton top, one with bell sleeves is even better. These sleeves are very fun but not too long to get in the way, which is a good thing. I paired my top with my yellow rubber boots and cropped jeans, perfect for walking in puddles without getting soaked. I added a beret to my look because rainy days are still a bit chilly and this prevents my hair from getting too frizzy form the humidity. I styled an outfit that is both fun and functional for a day of April showers.
