It's September 1st and that can only mean one thing: back to school! While I don't actually go back to school, I do work on a campus and the energy shift is real this time of year. I've always loved this feeling and look forward to fall and all the season has to offer. For the past five years, I've been sharing a back-to-school look on the blog and am continuing that tradition today. (See past looks here, here, here, and here.) This year's outfit has strong preppy vibes and it's a bit more vintage and reminiscent of a university setting in the 60s/70s. The colour palette of tan, burgundy and brown keeps things nice and warm while the knitted sweater vest, checked mini skirt and loafer heels give off retro hints. This is definitely a more adult going-back-to-school outfit and I am a fan! I wish you all a seamless back-to-school, whatever your situation might be.
