Cozy Glamour

More pearls, more grey, more layers! Still dressing like the season and for the season. Yesterday was probably the coldest day we've had so far this winter (which is not even close to the cold we've gotten the past two winters). I took out the puffer jacket and bejeweled headband to stay nice and cozy. I wore my beautiful white pearl embellished sweater because it reminds me of falling snow and is a great statement piece. It's super easy to wear and it keeps me warm and to be honest, I'm always looking for cute but functional winter wear. And when I say winter wear, I mean the heavy-duty pieces that will work in our Canadian climate, not itty-bitty stiletto booties and cropped jackets. This sweater is great on its own, but I can easily layer a camisole or a collared shirt underneath for warmth and more styling options, without loosing the wow-factor of the pearls. I let the sweater shine today by pairing it with grey plaid pants, grey boots and grey outerwear. I did add a bit more pearls with the earrings, because, why not?
