I'm going for a very cozy layered look today, entirely inspired by the humble gingerbread cookie. I love this sweet baked good with its decorative white frosting and find it to be one of my preferred holiday aesthetics. It's simple, classic and really leans into those cozy, comforting, hygge vibes. Very much here for that feeling. I grabbed a mix of cognac and white pieces to make a warm winter look. The pleated skirt brings lightness and movement to the outfit while the cable-knit sweater adds in texture and interest. The outer layer is a matching camel warp coat with beige and white checked scarf and pompom tuque. I absolutely love the result of this outfit and although a departure from my traditional festive dressing, I'm loving the palate cleanse!
