Sticking to my classy Christmas outfits with this one today. I love a bold red look and this time of year is perfect for trying it out. I was thrilled when I found this gorgeous red coat a few weeks ago! It's a perfectly classic silhouette and the brightness and saturation of the red hits all the right notes. To no one's surprise, it's a perfect match to my red pearled sweater. I'd say this shade of red has an orange undertone as opposed to a pink one. I like both, but it can be a bit hard to find exact matches with varying shades of red. I also have multiple red lipsticks for this very reason, I need the perfect red matches for my varying wardrobe. Today, I wore the one with an orange undertone and it also happens to match perfectly with the red in my plaid shoes. Luckily, pearls are easier to match, so the sweater, earrings and headband were less of a worry. I'm loving this bright festive outfit!
