We had plans to go see the fireworks show tonight with a cousin, so my outfit was planned accordingly. I knew it would be hot during the day, but cooler once the sun sets. I decided on jeans with a t-shirt and matching flats. The shoes were picked because I would be walking around the market in the evening and wanted comfortable footwear. I also brought a sweater and scarf with me to layer-on in the evening. Turns out, I picked just the right layers! Small fashion-meets-function victory! Yay me! Oh, and the fireorks were spectacular! Seeing as we were on the highest location, we felt so close to them! At times, it was reminiscent of the Star Wars scenes when they go at light speed! So cool!
