Grurgundy

I think I pair grey with this dress every time I wear it... See here and here... That is why I decided to make up a new colour to describe this particular palette. Introducing grurgundy! It sounds fierce, doesn't it? Ok, maybe not, but it does describe the mash up perfectly. Perhaps I should expand my horizons and challenge myself to style this dress using any other colour but grey next time. We'll see how that plays out.

On a different note, my fiancé totally made fun of my necklace this morning, calling a "pendant of protection". He says it's big and obnoxious, like something that would be used on an episode of Big Brother... I think he's been watching too much TV. Clearly, it has no protection against warding off negative comments about my outfit. Guys. They just don't get statement jewelry! The funny thing is, this piece of jewelry totally got a statement out of him! The point of these big, obnoxious accessories is to get people talking. Case and point.
