We've been getting a bit of a heat wave because of the weather systems from hurricane Alberto. Nothing too harsh, just funky weather. It's been a hot and muggy few days. The plus side is that I can totally bust out the shorts! I decided to wear my red scalloped shorts with a colourful geometric-print tank. I layered a bralette under the tank for a lighter undergarment option and to not take away from the interesting strap detail on the back. I then braided my hair and popped on a hat to keep cool. I accessorized with my cute little daisy earrings and a straw bag to which I added a printed scarf. Nude sandals finished off the look! We were actually headed to my aunt's trailor for her birthday and just hung out with my mom, sister and cousin. It was a low-key get-together and my aunt's birthday was the perfect reason to have one!
