Pearls & Camel Layers

Reaching for the camel again, but I steered clear of the black this time and opted to lighten things up a bit. I layered a striped long-sleeve tee under my cable-knit sweater and paired the combo with dark wash jeans and camel booties. I glammed things up a bit by adding pearl accessories. The headband, statement necklace and stud earrings soften, yet add a touch of sophistication to the overall look. I chose a beige plaid scarf and ivory coat to keep the outfit on the light side, perfect for the incoming spring. This is a very neutral look, but the added interest gives it a bit more life, making it a great option for any day from fall to spring! The coat can easily be swapped for a trench when the weather warms up.
