Taking a page from peppermints and candy canes today. Red and white stripes it is! This is one of my more understated holiday looks, but it still packs a punch! There isn't a token festive piece per se, but the overall look is still very much giving Christmas. A pop of red and a simple striped top can do wonders with styling! Even then, I kept the styling of this outfit pretty basic with black jeans and a beige quilted vest. I love when a simple outfit comprised of closet basics can be styled in a way to work for a specific time of year, yet be worn all year round in myriad ways. Versatility is the name of the game. No need to buy Christmas only clothing when creative styling can work just as well, if not better!
