Layering up and trying my best to stay cozy as I try to get back into my routines. I find I didn't wear as much green this past holiday season, rather reaching for reds, whites and creams. So now I guess I'm craving more evergreen hues. I mean, evergreen trees are part of the winter scenery so are not exclusive to the festive season. I think it's nice to wear some green in the winter. I paired my cable-knit sweater to a chambray shirt, black jeans and a statement plaid scarf. I accessorized with navy (yet another colour I've been yearning to wear!) in the earrings and velvet hair bow. I'd say this look is festive adjacent, but not overly so and perfectly appropriate for early January. Note the flats are my indoor shoes, I swap them for winter boots outdoors.
