Winter Chic

Dressing up a bit today. Just because it's winter, doesn't mean I never want to get a little fancy. Sure, comfort and warmth are the main goals when dressing this time of year, but I do like to flex the fancy muscle every now and then. Don't worry, I made sure my outfit was still warm and mostly cozy. I started with jacquard a Nap Dress (obviously) and added a chunky cardigan sweater. This sweater is a bit more elevated because of its pearl embellishments and jewel buttons. I then added lilac and pearl accessories because they match and are delicate and a bit fancier. I finished off with nude tights and matching patent pumps for that classic combination. The statement piece is my new printed silk scarf! It was a  just-because gift from my husband a few weeks ago and I couldn't wait any longer to wear it! Sure, it's pastel florals, but I won't let that stop me! I just love how it elevates the look! It's giving timeless style. This outfit is a perfect indoor look for winter. Not only does it look chic from head to toe, but you will be keeping those chills at bay with your fancy sweater and scarf. When fashion meets function - *chef's kiss*
