I have been on a real green kick lately. I can't seem to stop wearing various shades of green. I notice I tend to do this. I cycle through wearing certain colours and they sort of become a seasonal staple for a time. It's never intentional, but rather a pattern I notice emerge in my dressing. I don't think it's a far stretch to say that with spring around the corner, green would be top of mind. I love dressing seasonally and am always inspired by the current or upcoming season. For some reason, I associate the colour green to March. So here we are, in full-on green mode. I decided to wear my evergreen sweater dress and give it a more springtime colour palette this time around. I added my pink suede shoes and a pastel floral scarf. The pops of pink and flowers really lighten the whole outfit and give it a little something. It's actually the perfect way to update a dark sweater dress for spring. This outfit is technically perfect for this time of year because it's still cold (sweater dress, tights, scarf) but the colour palette give it a distinctly spring vibe. It's the best of both worlds!
