What to wear when you've already had a week but need to trek to the office on a cold and snowy winter day? A sweater dress, that's what. When you need to look professional and put together but don't have a lot of bandwidth to style a whole outfit and really just want to reach for something comfortable and unrestrictive, the classic midi sweater dress is your ally. It's a one-and-done outfit. Just add tights, a bit of jewelry and you are good to go. I opted for a statement necklace and matching pearl earrings because I thought the bling would jazz up the look. That being said, a printed silk scarf would also be a perfect accessory to complement the dress (and the scarf adds cozy points to the overall look). Now if you are feeling up to adding a layer to take it up a few professional notches, a double-breasted blazer could be worn, but that's completely optional. So the outfit math here is sweater dress + statement accessory + cute booties = winter office ready!
