Bubble Gum Ruffles

Doing my best to dress in this heat wave. I opted for the ruffle mini dress today and I put my hair up to try and stay as cool as possible. I have this dress in red from last year and loved it so much I got the bubble gum pink version this year. It's such an easy-breezy dress to wear! I managed to beat the heat today, but just!
