I'm having a major navy and burgundy/red moment lately. I decided to go for the navy monochrome look with little accents of burgundy and a splash of red with the coat. I absolutely love how this outfit turned out! The layered turtleneck with pearl details over the luxe brocade really bring texture and interest to my outfit. I broke up the navy a bit with the grey tights between the dress hem and booties, but the tights are similar in colour that they complement well without distracting. I opted to belt the waist with my burgundy velvet belt and added a matching bow to my braided hair. I finished off with delicate gold ear-jacket earrings for a bit of sparkle and wrapped in my festive red coat while outdoors. When worn untied, the coat just goes so well with the outfit. I try to make my entire looks cohesive, but depending on the Canadian weather, sometimes function wins out over fashion. Today was a fashion win!
