By this point, I think it's obvious that one of my favourite ways of styling my Nap Dresses for winter is by adding a chunky knit sweater over top. It's truly the easiest and most comfortable way of winterizing my beloved dresses. I mean, the sweater to dress combinations are truly limitless. I've got such a vast collection of both dresses and sweaters that I am not going to run out of options any time soon... There are worst problems to have. I also love wearing my dresses with turtlenecks, which doesn't cover the flutter sleeves. So, I guess that means I have two ways of styling them in the colder months.
Today's sweater-dress combo is my red tartan with a burgundy bow sweater. How darling is this look? I mean, have you ever seen such a cozy festive outfit? It's really perfect for the holidays because the dress is loose enough to let you indulge in all the Christmas baking AND comfortable nap off that eggnog in a mid-afternoon snooze on the couch. An outfit that makes you both look good and partake in the merriment without skipping a beat - now that's what I call a winning outfit! I'm just Nap Dressing my way through the holidays.
