Winter Mariner

Winter can't put a stop to my love of nautical dressing. It can try, but the battle will end before it even beings. Stripes, navy and red are part of my DNA. Anyone would be hard pressed to rewire that nautical-dressing love. Even in the winter, that love manifests itself! The basic prints and colour palette remain. The only challenge is to factor-in layering. For a busy day of running errands, I chose distressed denim, a metallic navy t-shirt and layered a striped cardigan sweater into the mix. Add in pops of red with the boots and lips and there you go! A marine-inspired look perfectly adapted to the frigid temperatures. This proves the timeless nature of this style. It's an all-year go-to. When in doubt, opt for nautical!
