Blue & Green

Ever heard the saying: "Blue and green should never been seen"? Well, I think it's a bunch of bologna. Sure some shades of the two colours probably won't go as well together as others, but I would not categorically say they don't match. I find this to be true especially with navy, which is a neutral akin to black. I'd even venture to say that most shades of green would go with navy. Today's look is a prime example. The bright, bold green hue of the sweater is perfectly balanced with the navy skirt and tights. It's a colour blocked look and it totally works! I added a brooch for some bling and the cognac shoes for that warm, comforting touch (because it is still technically fall.) How would you wear blue and green?
