Briar Rose

Saying I felt like a Disney Princess yesterday would be an understatement! I have to say the rose dress is giving me more Sleeping Beauty (aka Briar rose) vibes than Princess Atta vibes, but hey, both are princesses, so either works for me. I will gladly accept any princess comparisons today! Someone called me Miss Middleton, so I think it safe to say the princess parallels were strong! We decided to stop by the Nature Museum to snap the outfit pics and it was a blustery day! Those wind gusts were no joke! I even took out my first winter coat of the season because it was the right shape and colour to complement my look. The only issue was the dress and belt were a bit bulky so I had a hard time buttoning up the coat! The style struggles are real! The only bit I didn't like was my tights. I had planned on wearing my back seam tights but could not find them for the life of me so I wore the only other nude pair I had and they weren't quite the rights shade... Oh well, I got to dress up and get my hair done so I was feeling fabulous! Getting all decked out just got me excited for festive dressing. Bring on the sequins, glitter and all the cold-weather fabrics!
