Retro Stripes

I am totally digging this look! It's a little 70s retro meets 90s grunge. The corduroy skirt with buttons and the pattern tights are totally groovy while the striped ribbed top is so fresh! I also love the navy and pink/mustard combination, it's bright, but not over the top. The blush quilted vest is a fun layer that gives the look a casual feel without taking it down too many notches. These lightweight vests are the perfect layering pieces for a touch of warmth without all the bulkiness. I wear them over t-shirts, light sweaters, button-down shirts and even dresses! I have a good little collection going and the Old Navy ones are a much more affordable than the J. Crew ones. Don't get me wrong, I love the J. crew vests, but I can't justify purchasing many at that price point. I rather have a selection of colours than just one option. It's all a matter of preference!
