Wedding Planner

Wedding planning is in full swing these days! We had a fully booked day of meetings with suppliers today so I wanted to dress comfortably. As I mentioned before, our venue is a few hours out of town so we try so schedule as much as we can when we do make our way out there. Today was jam-packed, but super productive! I like that feeling of things falling into place and taking shape. The vision is really starting to come to life and I can't wait to see it all in play out on our big day! Time is just flying by!

Back to the look. Between the weather cooling, the hours in the car and the need to look presentable (and being comfy because it is the weekend), I had to be strategic in my outfit planning. I decided on a basic sweater and paired it to my teal velvet pants. That's right, velvet! The holidays are just around the corner, so I'm wearing these proudly! The best part is that these are the Old Navy Pixie pants, so super stretchy and comfortable: win-win! Then I opted for a lightweight purple puffer jacket. It's warm enough for the time spent outdoors, yet practical to take off in the car. The matching beanie adds a hint of cozy while the purse ties the whole palette together! I love it when an accessory completes a look!
