Could I be wearing any more poppies?

If there ever was a time of year to wear a bright, blooming poppy dress, this is it! The poppy is the symbol of remembrance, so this dress was the perfect thing to wear to observe the day. Seeing as it's more of a light, summery dress, I layered it over a black turtleneck and tights. Throw on a bold black belt and OTK boots for added flair and the dress remains the focal point. I like wearing layers underneath a dress as to not hide it. Layering blazers and cardigans over a dress is fine, but there are other tricks to avoid hiding a pretty dress.
